We track your flight using the flight number you give us, so we already know the real landing time. If you land early or late your pickup moves with it and you are not charged for the delay. There is nothing you need to do.

Yes. We can wait for you or add stops on the trip, for example a quick stop at a shop, a hotel or a second pickup. Waiting time is charged in fair blocks and we agree any extra stops with you before the day so the price stays fixed.

Yes. We cover weddings and any day that needs several trips, such as moving the wedding party, guests and the couple between venues. We plan the timing with you beforehand and give you one fixed price for the whole day.

Yes. We email a full tax invoice with GST after every trip, which is fine for work expenses and claims. If you need it sent to a particular email or addressed to your company, just let us know.
